Her method of working is transparent. The Interior Design service is based on an hourly rate and, once the brief is determined, a quotation is drawn up. A full specification is given to the client on completion, thus enabling them to choose where to purchase goods or services. Lesley Ann asks for the opportunity to quote in an open market situation.
